Avocado Dill Sandwich Recipe

Ingredients

  • 2 slices bread
  • mayonnaise
  • Dill weed
  • 1/2 or more ripe, Fresh Hass Avocados, peeled and sliced
  • 1 slice bologna
  • 1 slice provolone cheese (or muenster)

Instructions:

  1. Spread the mayo on 1 slice toasted/untoasted bread.
  2. Shake dill weed onto bread to your liking.
  3. Arrange sliced avocados on other slice of bread.
  4. Top avocado slices with the bologna, cheese and other slice of bread.
