Ingredients

  • 1 vanilla cupcake with vanilla frosting
  • 2 small chocolate nonpareils
  • 2 1/4-inch pieces black shoestring licorice
  • 3 white jelly beans

Directions

  1. Top the cupcake with the nonpareils to make the eyes, the licorice to make the nose, and the jelly beans to make the teeth.
