Frisée, Avocado, and Blue Cheese Salad

  1. Heat oven to 350° F.  On a rimmed baking sheet, toast the almonds, tossing once, until golden, 3 to 5 minutes; let cool.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together the oil, vinegar, mustard, honey, ¼ teaspoon salt, and ⅛ teaspoon pepper.
  3. Add the frisée, avocado, blue cheese, and almonds and toss to coat.
