ACE of a BLT Recipe


Ingredients

  • 24 each slices of sourdough bread
  • 3/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 24 (1/2-oz) slices cheddar cheese
  • 48 slices crisp warm bacon
  • 36 slices tomato
  • 4 1/2 cups shredded iceberg lettuce
  • 6 each ripe, Fresh Hass Avocados, cut into halves, sliced lengthwise*
  • 12 eggs, cooked to order

Instructions:

  1. Toast sourdough bread, set one piece per sandwich aside for garnish. Spread remaining piece with 1 Tbsp. mayonnaise.
  2. Top with remaining ingredients in this order: 2 slices cheddar cheese, 4 slices warm bacon, 3 slices tomato, 3/8 cup shredded lettuce, 1/2 each sliced Fresh Hass Avocado, 1 fully cooked egg.
  3. Garnish with remaining slice of toasted bread, cut in half.
