Marocchino (GIGA)

Marocchino
Ingredients: (serves 1)
  • 45 ml strong espresso
  • 1 piece dark chocolate or chocolate sauce
  • Cocoa powder
Preparation
  • Put the chocolate in a shot glass and place the glass under the coffee spout.
  • Prepare the espresso in this glass and sprinkle with cocoa powder.
  • Prepare some milk foam and layer it on top of the espresso.
Serving suggestion
Decorate the milk foam with chocolate sauce or cocoa powder.
