Name: Nachos

Preparation time: 20 minutes
Ingredients:
- 500 grams of mince
- 35 grams of packet taco seasoning
- a diced onion
- 2 tablespoons tomatoe paste
- 420 grams of can diced tomatoes
- 420 grams of can red kidney beans
- 1 or 2 zucchinis
- 350 grams of packet cheese flavoured corn chips
- sour cream
- grated cheese
- mashes avocado
Directions:
- fry onion in a little oil.
- add mince and brown
- add tomato paste, taco seasoning and kidney beans.
- then bring to a boil and add zucchinis.
- keep the heat down for 10 to 15 minutes.
- top with grated cheese and put in the microwave until cheese melts.
- serve with avocado
Tips:
do not simmer for too long so that the zucchinis wouldn't get soft.
