Name: Nachos

Difficulty: Easy

Preparation time: 20 minutes


Ingredients: 


  • 500 grams of mince
  • 35 grams of packet taco seasoning
  • a diced onion
  • 2 tablespoons tomatoe paste
  • 420 grams of can diced tomatoes
  • 420 grams of can red kidney beans
  • 1 or 2 zucchinis
  • 350 grams of packet cheese flavoured corn chips
  • sour cream
  • grated cheese
  • mashes avocado

Directions:


  • fry onion in a little oil.
  • add mince and brown
  • add tomato paste, taco seasoning and kidney beans.
  • then bring to a boil and add zucchinis.
  • keep the heat down for 10 to 15 minutes.
  • top with grated cheese and put in the microwave until cheese melts.
  • serve with avocado

Tips:


do not simmer for too long so that the zucchinis wouldn't get soft.
